Hundreds participate in United Way awareness event Photos by WENDY HOSSE For Brentwood Home Page Did you drive through Maryland Farms at noon today and wonder what was going on? United Way of Williamson County volunteers from several workplaces in the business park lined Maryland Way wearing the iconic “Live United” T-shirts and "froze" in place for two minutes.
The City of Brentwood and the Brentwood Fire department assisted in sounding the horn for the “Freeze the Farm.” The volunteers were showing their support for United Way of Williamson County, freezing in place on Maryland Way to ensure maximum exposure to the Brentwood community.
