Community members have the opportunity to adopt a pet from Williamson County Animal Shelter from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14. Woodland Middle School is hosting the Pet Adoption Day to help place pets with loving families.

MARS Petcare, Pedigree and Whiskas brand, has offered a FREE 6-month supply of pet food if you adopt a pet on Saturday.

In addition to visiting with pets who needing a loving home, the Woodland Beta Club is hosting a Bake Sale to benefit the shelter. Purchase a tasty treat while you visit with the dogs and cats who hope to get a new home.
