Whether or not you have the knowledge or palate of a food connoisseur, Taste of Williamson is a must-eat event that has continued to satisfy appetites for eight years.

Those attending can explore new flavors, meet chefs, sip wine or beer and uncover dining treasures offered in the community.

$35 advance, $40 at the door (cost includes 7-9 p.m. tasting and two drink tickets)

“This event is an outstanding opportunity to showcase our area restaurants with a variety of cuisines, as well a way for the Chamber and the community to support the United Way of Williamson County,” said Cindi Parmenter, President of the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce. 

Over the past eight years, the event has donated over $164,300 to the United Way of Williamson County and its partner agencies.

“This is a must-attend event that is held in support of United Way and we are grateful to work with Vanderbilt University Medical Center and all those involved to enhance our tasting event,” said Ann Buchanan, president of the United Way of Williamson County.

This year’s committee includes Mark Cook, Event Chair, The Tennessean; Bob Knestrick, Co-Chair, YMCA --- Maryland Farms; Britton Burton, Vanderbilt University Medical Center; Julie Eason, Aflac; David Meadows, Dana Katterjohn, Jennifer Cardwell and Leigh Reinart, CoolSprings Galleria; Krista Lehn, Helmsbriscoe; Cheryl Stewart, United Way; and Connie Albright-Manteris, Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber,” explained Co-Chair Bob Knestrick with the YMCA – Maryland Farms.

Tickets are $35 in advance ($40 at the door) and a portion of each ticket price is a tax-deductible charitable donation. Tickets will be available beginning Friday, March 25, at TasteofWilliamson.com, Brentwoodcoolspring.org, United Way agencies, Guest Services at CoolSprings Galleria, the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce and other area businesses.
