The No. 1 seeded Lady Raptors of Ravenwood defeated No. 2 seed Independence High to win the District 11-AAA varsity volleyball tournament Thursday night.
Ravenwood hosted the event. Brentwood's Lady Bruins lost to Independence in the semi-finals. Independence beat Hillsboro in the other semi-final.
