The Triton Stone Group Parade of Homes Preview Party was held Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Annandale community in Brentwood. Hosted by CPS Land, LLC, the party gave attendees a sneak peek inside the four spectacular homes while providing a festive backdrop for the presentation of the Preview Party Judges’ Awards.

Grove Park Construction was the big winner of the evening, taking home seven of the awards including Best of Show honors. Builder Brandon Jenkins and designer Kathleen Evers with K Evers Interiors were on hand to accept the winning team’s awards that also included Best Landscaping, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Floor Plan, Best Outdoor Living Area and Best Interior Decorating.
The Parade of Homes will be open daily through Oct. 9 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. (last ticket sold at 7 p.m.). The tickets, available at the gate, will be $12 for adults and children 12 and under are free. Realtors will get in free on Tuesdays with a business card.
Each Parade home was presented multiple awards during the evening at the Preview Party.
Carbine & Associates took home awards for Best Child’s Room and Best Wall Treatment. Builders John Montgomery, JB Haile and Brandon Ketcham, and designer Julie Couch, Julie Couch Interiors, accepted the awards.
Hidden Valley Homes’ Trina Spangler and designer Jennifer Jones with Jennifer Jones Designs accepted awards for Best Front Elevation, Best Foyer and Best Home Theater.
Legend Homes’ Doug Herman and designers Jason Bradshaw and Bob Deal with Bradford's Interiors accepted awards for Most Livable, Best Draperies and Best Craftsmanship.
