Members of the new Williamson County branch of the Nashville Symphony Council met Wednesday to meet each other and to meet the man who has quickly become a star in Nashville, music director Giancarlo Guerrero. The Nicaraguan native and Brentwood resident entertained and informed those attending with lots of news about the symphony, the Schermerhorn Center which was flooded in May and why his two young daughters love living in Brentwood. Council co-chair for Williamson County and Brentwood Mayor Betsy Crossley served as event host.
