The Brentwood Morning Rotary Club recently presented a plaque and gift certificate to the Police Officer of the year.

This distinguished award, which  is presented each year, was awarded to Officer Colin Lane.

The officer is chosen from the entire Brentwood Police force by Police Chief Ricky Watson based on who most represents the core values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, respect and compassion in the performance of all duties.
