Brentwood Home Page news reports The nationally ranked forensics team at Ravenwood High School will be putting on a camp this week geared toward middle school and high school students but open to all.
The camp will take place at 3:15-5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, Sept. 6-7 and 9. Cost is $50 and proceeds will benefit the RHS forensics program.
Kelly Duyn, forensics coach, said the camp will teach about key areas of forensics, including:
• Character development
• Help finding and cutting your performance pieces
• Body positions / stage movement / popping
• Introducing yourself to the judges
• Tournament etiquette
Attendees will finish camp with a piece that is cut and ready to perform, Duyn said.
