Ravenwood finished third overall in the state high school swim championships last weekend at the University of Tennessee aquatic center in Knoxville.

Air Force signee Kim Davis was the top female scorer for Ravenwood, finishing runner-up in the 100 breaststroke and, eighth in the 200 individual medley, and swimming on the fourth-place medley relay and the fifth-place 400 freestyle relay.

Sophomore Grant Stafford scored the most points for the Ravenwood boys, with a second place in the 200 free, seventh in the 100 free, fourth on the medley relay team, and eighth with the 400 free relay.

The RHS teams were sixth in scoring for both the boys competition and the third competition.

Brentwood’s top female scorer was Allison Maher, who placed fifth in the 100 breaststroke, 11th in the 200 free, seventh on the 200 medley relay team, and 15th for the 400 free relay.

Top Bruins boys scorer Robbie Graves took third in the 500 freestyle and fifth in the 200 free, plus swam on the ninth place 400 free relay.
