Ravenwood sophomore Sean Karl won the boys singles and the Lady Raptors team of Lauren Caballero and Iris Hao captured girls doubles at the District 11-AAA tournament.

Brentwood’s Alex Howard and Drake Hernandez took the boys doubles title. All finalists advance into the regionals May 16 at Wildwood.

Karl, the defending Class AAA state champion and ranked No. 2 nationally in USTA 16s, defeated the Bruins’ Evan Borowski in the district finals.

Caballero-Hao recorded a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Franklin’s Emily Dunay and Gabby Crofford.

Ravenwood’s Madison Stankevich also qualified for regionals in girls singles as finalist, falling to Kaylene Chadwell of Centennial 6-0, 6-1.

Howard-Hernandez won 6-1, 6-3 over Ravenwood’s Nikhil Sharma and Nishant Biswas, who are defending regional champs.
