Ravenwood senior Madelyn Hutson, a University of Texas signee, has been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association First Team Under Armour All-American.

Hutson, the only Tennessee player selected, is among 25 players nationwide invited to participate in the AVCA Match and Skills Challenge Dec. 18 at the NCAA Final Four and ACVA Convention in Kansas City, Mo.

In leading the Lady Raptors to the Class AAA state championship, the 6-foot-5 outside hitter/middle blocker had 587 kills, a 53.1 kill percentage, 76 aces on serves, 86 blocks and 135 digs.
