Though there are murmurings of new rezoning proposals ahead, tonight’s Planning Commission agenda  doesn’t include any items outside of the ordinary. In fact, 11 items are included on the consent agenda with nothing listed under either old or new business.

The consent agenda includes routine items such as final plat revisions and approvals for several Brentwood subdivisions, including Deerwood, Annandale, Sonoma and Tuscany Hills; and site plan revisions for Bank of America on Franklin Road and Sola Salon at 1731 Mallory Lane.

The Planning Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the city’s second floor board room of the Municipal Building, 5211 Maryland Way.
