Repaving work on a heavily used section of the Brentwood bike and pedestrian trail system has been postponed today due to the weather. The work is expected to begin Wednesday, weather permitting.

The heavily used section of the Brentwood bike and pedestrian trail system between the Brentwood Family YMCA and Crockett Park will be closed early Tuesday morning and is expected to re-open by Thursday, June 30. Some prep work will occur on Monday, June 27, but the trail will remain open on Monday.

For safety reasons, access to this trail section will be blocked and anyone entering the work area will be asked to leave immediately.
