No doubt ready to celebrate the holiday season, the Brentwood Planning Commission got through its agenda in record time Monday night, going from gavel to gavel in just over 15 minutes.

With little discussion and no discord, the six commissioners present unanimously approved every item presented them.

 Two agenda items related to the future development of a two-story general office building in Westgate Commons. The board approved a final plat for the large vacant lot located on the north side of the Westgate Commons project. The 5.90-acre tract will be divided into two lots, one zoned C-1/SR and C-1/SR and C-2/SR. They are approximately the same size.

Ragan Smith Associates requested the approval of a site plan for a general office building having an area of 35,916 square feet.
