New urgent care center now open in Brentwood Brentwood Home Page news reports
NeighborMD Urgent Care has named its primary care physicians staffing its Brentwood facility which opens today at 210 Franklin Road in the Peartree Village Shopping Center. They are Nashville native Sushri Mishra, MD and Johnson City native Sam Perry, MD.
Mishra most recently practiced at Vanderbilt Primary Care at Westhaven in Franklin. She received her B.S. from the University of Memphis and a Doctor of Medicine degree from M.D. Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at University of Tennessee-Memphis and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Perry most recently practiced at Rocky Mount Family Medical Center in Rocky Mount, N.C. He received his B.S. in math from Wake Forest University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Bowman-Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. He went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Virginia, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. In addition to his family practice in North Carolina, Perry has served on medical mission trips to countries such as Honduras, Ukraine, West Africa, and Ethiopia.

Both Dr. Mishra and Dr. Perry have friendly, outgoing personalities, extensive family practice experience, and are very passionate about delivering great care to their patients,” CFO Les Coble said.

Brentwood’s NeighborMD will have a physician on-site at all times to ensure the delivery of effective healthcare, enabling them to treat a broad spectrum of patients. This is intended to help free up emergency rooms to treat the most complicated and truly emergent cases.
The new Brentwood center offers a broad range of healthcare services including treatment for episodic illnesses and injuries; wellness, sport, DOT, and executive physicals; immunizations; and various screening and testing panels for individuals and employers. The 3,700 square foot center has eight exam rooms providing the aforementioned services, and is open Monday thru Saturday 8a .m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
