Celebration Homes was founded in 2001 by Lloyd Craig, Corey Craig and Randall Smith. Corey Craig is a second-generation homebuilder capitalizing from the vast experience of building quality homes alongside his father, Lloyd. Randall Smith brings marketing and design experience to the table. Together they have developed a following for creating “More Liveable Designs” in timeless architectural styles such as Craftsman, Federal, Country French, European and Traditional design.

A decade later, the Nashville natives launched their more discriminating brand, Heritage Homes, specializing in building “Right Sized Luxury Homes”.

Heritage Homes capitalizes on the new revolution in buying trends demanding maximum efficiency, smarter design and more practical value through better space planning and more efficient home building processes.

“Customers today don’t want wasted space; they want space designed with purpose in the right places,” Smith explained. Specifically, Heritage Homes is now building homes in Brentwood's Old Towne community off Murray Lane that begin in the upper $600,000s.

All of Heritage Homes’ four- and five-bedroom homes in the unique, private community that’s tucked off of Murray Lane come with three-car garages, up to four living areas and at least 3,900 square feet.  

“Just a few years ago, homes of this quality and size would price over $1 million dollars.” Smith noted.

Heritage Homes has sold three Old Towne lots since January and has six executive sites -- some offering basement opportunities – remaining. The development is incredibly convenient to Hillsboro Road, Maryland Farms and Brentwood’s amazing public and private schools.

Heritage Homes will begin building in Elmbrook in Brentwood off Concord Road in late summer. “And look for us in other locations coming soon or we can build on your own site that special luxury Heritage Home,” Craig said.
