The North Highland Company announced that Todd Nisbet, Chris Morrison and Cody Schmits have joined the business consulting firm’s Brentwood office.

Nisbet, principal consultant, has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, digital media and business expansion. Specific areas of expertise include customer engagement, brand loyalty and advocacy, project management, product and program development, strategic planning and alliances, and profit and loss supervision.

Nisbet has a Master of Arts degree in corporate communications and business administration from Seton Hall University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Southern California.

Morrison, senior manager, has 14 years’ experience in managing complex projects, including more than six years in the health care industry. His areas of expertise include information technology strategy and operations, process re-engineering, application development and support, and mergers / acquisitions / divestitures.

Morrison has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Schmits, senior consultant, has more than four years of experience in the health care and construction industries and has leveraged his project management and process improvement expertise to create value and achieve results in many business arenas.

He specializes in leading teams through the development of new strategies, standards and operations in the implementation of new processes.

Schmits has a Master of Business Administration degree in health care and strategy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in construction and engineering degree from Purdue University.
