Heather Swartz has been named medical office manager for NeighborMD Urgent Care’s Brentwood center. Swartz joined NeighborMD as the company’s first radiologic technologist at its original location in Hermitage.

 “We are really excited that Heather has accepted the opportunity of moving into management.  Heather was a perfect fit for this position as a result of her strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. She has done a fantastic job of delivering great customer service, and will certainly help the rest of our staff do so as well. This greatly supports our mission to deliver high quality healthcare to the patients we serve in Brentwood,” COO Les Coble said in a statement.

All NeighborMD centers have a physician on-site at all times to ensure the delivery of effective healthcare, enabling them to treat a broad spectrum of patients. This is intended to help free up emergency rooms to treat the most complicated and truly emergent cases.

 The Brentwood center offers a broad range of healthcare services including treatment for episodic illnesses and injuries; wellness, sport, DOT, and executive physicals; immunizations; and various screening and testing panels for individuals and employers.
