Local commercial real estate veterans and entrepreneurs Devin McClendon and Ben Claybaker announced Tuesday they have launched NAI Nashville, reestablishing the coverage of leading commercial real estate provider NAI Global in Middle Tennessee.

McClendon and Claybaker are both Brentwood residents.

NAI Nashville, a member of NAI Global’s premier managed network, will provide brokerage, property management, landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, appraisal, valuation and market research services for office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets throughout Middle Tennessee.
