So if I was to tell you three things I love about my Be Healthy Challenge sponsor Humdingers Restaurant, I’d have to say the first thing is that the main food options they offer are all healthy! Grilled mahi-mahi, salmon, amberjack, swai and rainbow trout are just a few of the delicious fish choices to pick from. And instead of the standard side of fries, I can get grilled zucchini, grilled asparagus or grilled thick-sliced sweet potatoes.
