So how many times have you heard there is no "I" in "Team" or how many times have you told your kids that?  That being said, I miss my team! I am also imcredibly sick of limping on my foot!  My only saving grace, is all the great workouts Chris at D1 has provided, I have been able to do workouts at home using my stationary bike for the cardio intervals.  It just is not the same as being there with my teammates Christian, Laura and Mary Beth.  I hope that befor this is all sai . . . [View Full]
We are suppose to blog about the hardest element thus far in the challenge.  I had to ponder this this week, waivering back and forth between a few.  Was it the food bloging, the drinking enough water, the eating the right foods, the pain or soreness day to day from just getting back into a true workout? Here we are starting our 3rd week of workouts and it has been all together challenging, educational and auxiliarating!  I thought that I was pushing myself at home when doing home workouts but, realize now, how untrue that was.   D1 and Chris Regan (our trainer) are simply put, amazing.  I can't say enough about the  workouts they provide and education given.  I have learned so much about fitness and health alread.  I also can't say enough about my group of challen . . . [View Full]
I am so excited to work with Chris Regan and Nate Price at D1! I can tell already that I am on the BEST team and can't wait to kick butt!
