Unifying groups to mingle at Thursday evening event

The Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce announces a county-wide chamber mixer for members and guests of the Brentwood Cool Springs, Cool Springs and Williamson County-Franklin Chambers.

The event at 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug., 4 comes at a time when the three chambers have decided to come together to create one united Williamson County Chamber.

“An Evening at the Country Club” will be held at Temple Hills, 6376 Temple Road, Franklin. Tickets are $10 each, with the price including two drink tickets. Music will be provided by Steinway Piano Gallery of Nashville.

All proceeds will benefit “One Williamson – One Chamber.”

Door prizes offered include four initiation fees for a golf membership at Temple Hills (each membership valued at $1,000), four foursomes of complimentary golf, gift certificates and more.

Temple Hills will also present a golf clinic during the mixer at 6-6:30 p.m. on “The Latest Technology in Golf Equipment to Improve Your Game.”

Also, the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce 25th Anniversary Golf Classic will be held Monday, Aug. 22, at Temple Hills with a shotgun start at 12:30 pm. Individuals and teams are encouraged to sign up online at www.brentwoodcoolsprings.org.
