Jack Montague
Senior / Basketball, track and field

Jack Montague, a senior at Brentwood High School, plays point guard for the varsity basketball team and has committed to play college basketball at Yale University.

Jack also is on the track and field team at Brentwood. Outside of school he attends Young Life.

The coach or teacher who has impacted Jack is “Coach King. He has taught me so much discipline, knowledge of both basketball and English.”

In college Jack plans to study economics.

His parents are Jim and Kelly Montague.

A fun fact Jack shared is “I’m the only senior on the basketball team.”


Sara Jarnagin
Senior / Basketball

BHS senior Sara Jarnagin, nicknamed the “Bull,” plays the post position for the varsity basketball team.

Crediting a new assistant coach with helping her game, Sara said “Coach Carter is awesome. He works with the posts to help our game and does a great job of challenging us to be aggressive.”

Sara is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She also participates in STARS and outside of school sings in the youth choir and is in youth group.

Sara is narrowing down her college choices, but playing basketball is something she would like to continue. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Sara plans to attend medical school.

Her parents are Barry and Patty Jarnagin.

A fun fact about Sara: “My twin sister is on the basketball team too.”

James Mosley IV
Senior / Swimming

Ravenwood senior James Mosley IV swims the distance freestyle event and was chosen as team captain for the season.

 “My coach Kate Chronic has impacted my success the most. She has been coaching me since I was 12,” James said.

His college plans are to attend Queen’s University in Charlotte, N.C. James plans to study international business at the university’s McColl School of Business and hopes one day to open a business that goes worldwide.

His parents are Robert and Dayna Mosley.

Some fun facts about James: “I am the President of Best Buddies at Ravenwood. Once I made eye contact with Taylor Swift.”

Bailey Page
Sophomore / Swimming

Bailey Page, a sophomore at Ravenwood High School, is a member of the swim team and competes in the IM  freestyle event.

Crediting Coach Kate (her Excel swim coach) and Coach Curtiss for helping her succeed, Bailey said “they have supported me and encouraged me through my swimming career.”

Bailey has not yet begun the college search and is concentrating on getting good grades and enjoying high school.

Her parents are Brad and Trish Page.

Bailey shared this fun fact about herself: “I’ve been swimming for over half my life.”
