Consider an address that Santa would love
Brentwood Home Page news reports

We’re in the holiday spirit here at the Brentwood Home Page office and decided it would be fun to put a holiday spin on this week’s Real Estate section. Buying a home in middle of the madness of shopping and baking and giving and reflecting can’t be easy. But maybe finding a home that comes pre-wrapped with a bit of holiday spirit could be fun.

So we made a mad trip to Realtracs.com to see what we could find to fill Santa’s sleigh -- or should that be a moving van?

There’s a lovely new home available on Christmas Drive in the Bent Creek subdivision of nearby Nolensville. In Brentwood, might you like to live on Noel Drive? And while we couldn’t find a Jesus or Mary Street, we did find a home for sale on St. Joseph’s Court.

Would you like to live on Christmas Drive? This home in Bent Creek is available.

6000 Christmas Drive: At $336,880, this five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home has a three-car garage so there’s room for the entire extended family to come celebrate the holidays. Put up the stockings on the stone fireplace and chose between the two ovens to cook the Christmas ham.

6328 Noel Drive: It’s not “The First Noël,” but you can hum it as you check out this home in Wildwood, zoned for Scales Elementary and Brentwood middle and high schools.  Listed at $575,000, this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home was built in 1970 but has been updated and features hardwoods, granite countertops and a huge eat in kitchen that easily sits 10 for Christmas dinner. There’s a 1,000 square-foot basement too – perfect for the kids to put all their new toys. Santa may take a break beside the charming stacked-stone fireplace.

2204 Saint Joseph’s Court:  We couldn’t find Mary, but we have found two listings on St. Joseph’s Court in FountainBrook. One remains to be built, but the existing brick home at 2204 Saint Joseph’s Court, listed for $575,000, has many unique features and upgrades. The open Loggia on back of the house is great for relaxing and entertaining.

1316 Chestnut Drive: We don’t know if any Chestnuts have ever been roasted here, but this Southern Woods home, listed at $515,000, does have a nice fireplace that you could try your hand at the holiday staple. It’s also on a 2.8 acre lot that is situated on a small, private stocked lake.
