Williamson County Schools Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney has announced he will hold “Let’s Talk School” meetings around the county in  coming weeks.

In Brentwood, the meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, in the Ravenwood High auditorium.

The meetings are designed for parents and community members to meet with the superintendent, ask questions and learn more about the operations of the school district.  A variety of topics will be covered including information about the 2011-12 budget. Looney will start the meeting with a formal presentation followed by a structured question and answer session.

The 90-minute meetings start at 6 p.m. on the following dates:

• Tuesday, April 19 at Franklin High in the auditorium
• Thursday, April 28 at Fairview High in the auditorium
• Wednesday, May 4 at Independence High in the auditorium
• Thursday, May 5, at Ravenwood High
