Like many Lenox Park residents, Diana Meade was originally drawn to the subdivision’s convenient location and great schools. But it’s the gorgeous, park-like setting that makes her feel most at home.

“The location is excellent, just off Hillsboro Road,” says Meade, who has lived in the neighborhood since 2005. “My husband is about seven minutes from his job in Maryland Farms, and we can easily get to Bellevue, Green Hills and Cool Springs.”

“But when I look out over my back yard, it’s so private and peaceful,” she adds. “You don’t see any other houses – just trees.”

Built from the mid-2000s, this boutique neighborhood features 40 wooded homesites with gently rolling hills and scenic views. Four listings are currently available on realtracs.com, priced from $849,900-$1,495,000.

“Lenox Park is kind of a hidden treasure, located right on the border of Williamson and Davidson counties,” says Diane Balciar, a realtor with Crye-Leike. “It has that country estate feel with beautiful views, and yet it’s convenient to everything.”

And while the subdivision does not offer any major amenities, such as a pool or clubhouse, residents can easily reach nearby Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary. Neighborhood activities include an annual Labor Day picnic along with other occasional social gatherings.

“It’s really a wonderful place with good neighbors and a nice international flavor,” says Jamie O’Rourke, who serves on the HOA board and has been a resident for nearly eight years. “And it’s hard to beat the location – especially since they added a turn lane on Hillsboro Road, between Murray Lane and Old Hickory Boulevard.”

Brentwood City Commissioner and former Mayor Betsy Crossley has lived in Lenox Park for 10 years.

“We have great neighbors, and it’s just a beautiful setting with all the trees and deer and wild turkey. It’s a neat place – we’re definitely blessed.”
