Dr. Laura LaChance has been named principal of the new Clovercroft Elementary School which is set to open in August. Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney made the announcement last week.
LaChance is a familiar face to many Brentwood students and parents. Before serving as Heritage Elementary School, she was an assistant principal at Crockett Elementary. Allen earned his Bachelor's in Education from Ohio University in 1995, his Master's in Educational Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2000, and his Doctorate in Urban Educational Leadership and Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati in 2004.
Both administrators will begin their new duties Jan. 31.
