Brentwood Home Page news reports The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of fitness and music classes for adults and children at the Indoor Sports Complex, located at 920 Heritage Way in Brentwood.

ZUMBA/BODY SCULPTING
Instructor Carolyn Rudin mixes Zumba with body sculpting, blending cardio and strength training into one great workout. Zumba/Body Sculpting meets on Thursdays, Sept. 1-22 ($40), or on Mondays, Sept. 12 and 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ($20). For teens and adults.
CORE STRENGTH & STRETCH
Carolyn Rudin teaches this class centered around strengthening the abdominals and low back for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga to relax the muscles. For people of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels that are in good general health. The program is offered on Fridays, Sept. 2-23 (skip 9/9) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ($30) or Tuesdays, Sept. 6-20 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ($30). Please bring a yoga mat to class.
PIANO LESSONS
Children (ages five and older) as well as adults are invited to learn to play the piano. These private lessons accommodate beginners to advanced players, and music theory will be included. Instructor offers 30-minute private sessions from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Sept. 1-29 ($110). To reserve a time slot, call (615) 370-3471, ext. 10. VOICE LESSONS
