A new tai chi class is coming to Brentwood at the Indoor Sport Complex, the Williamson County Parks and Recreation announced.

The new introductory Sun Style Tai Chi class for adults will meet at 4:30 p.m.-5:15 p.m. Thursdays, March 3-April 21 (skip March 24 and 31). Susan Schmitter will be instructor of the 45-minute class.

Sun Style Tai Chi is a form known for its grace and style. It is easy to learn and designed for beginners as well as those with arthritis and balance issues. Tai chi has many benefits, including improvement in posture, balance and strength.
