Brentwood Home Page news reports Legendary Harlem Globetrotter Michael Douglas and the Harlem Legends are teaming up with Woodland Middle School to present a celebrity basketball show at 6 p.m. Friday.
A Williamson County All-Star team playing the Globetrotter legends will be comprised of local law enforcers, firefighters, community leaders, coaches, teachers and stars from the community.
The All Stars have agreed to an evening of family fun in their challenge of the Harlem Legends, in a friendly game of hoops, Globetrotter style.
Tickets are $10 for regular admission at $25 for VIP tickets, which include a meet-and-greet prior to the show. Proceeds benefit WMS athletics.

The Harlem Legends are a group of professional athletes, former players from the Harlem Globetrotters, NBA, NFL, past USA Olympians, and other professionals. Legends include Douglas, Tyron Gainer, Tyrone “Hollywood” Brown, Larry “Shorty” Coleman, Antoine Scott, Gator Rivers, Tree Gordon, Mike Glenn, Jimmy Bolden, and Nakisha Reaves.
