Town Center festival, FUMC market both open Brentwood Home Page news reports The weekend’s shaping up to be even better than we thought! Not only will Town Center Saturday return for its second of four downtown Brentwood street fairs, we’ve learned that the Forest Hill United Methodist Church Farmer’s Market will also take place.
There will be farmers at both venues with fresh veggies, fruits and flowers, but since each has its own personality and extras, consider hitting them both.
The Forest Hills’ Farmers Market, 1250 Old Hickory Boulevard, opens at 8 and runs until noon. Town Center Saturday, along Town Center Way to the roundabout in “downtown Brentwood,” had officially pushed its start back to 10 a.m. but several local media sites have advertised it at its old time, 9 a.m., so organizers are working hard to make sure most booths will be up and ready to open at that time.
