On Tuesday evening, Brentwood Home Page hosted an informal meet-and-greet event at the Brentwood Library attended by the candidates, incumbents Betsy Crossley and Anne Dunn and challengers Bert Bosse, Jill Burgin, Rod Freeman and Brenda Lehman. The informal gathering gave Brentwood residents a chance to ask the candidates questions one on one and to pick up campaign materials.
At least two of the challengers will become commissioners, with the retirement from public office of current commissioners Joe Sweeney and Joe Reagan.
Election Day is May 3. Early voting is now under way at the Brentwood Library, 8109 Concord Road; the Brentwood Municipal Building, 5211 Maryland Way Brentwood Library, and the Election Office at the Williamson County Administrative Office in Franklin.
