A second-generation custom builder in Williamson County, company founder and president Justin Davis says he learned from the best. His father – Ron Davis of Classic Design Homes – has been producing quality homes in the area for more than 20 years.

“Some of my earliest memories are of pushing the broom around my Dad’s construction sites,” Davis says. “I started from the bottom and worked my way up. But growing up in the business, I learned firsthand the importance of customer service and integrity in all that we do.”
As a smaller builder, Davis Properties chooses to focus on just a few projects at a time.
“We use this approach in order to give our customers the attention needed to produce quality, timeless designs,” he explains.
Davis says he works with a wide range of customers, including everyone from young families to empty nesters. This year alone, Davis Properties has completed a beautiful new construction home in Oak Hill, several large residential remodels in Belle Meade, Franklin and Brentwood, and even a historic restoration/expansion of a 99-year-old home in Brentwood.
“We are a Master Builder for Southern Land Company and have built many homes in Westhaven, Windstone and Laurelbrooke,” he says. “We have our own lots, but also welcome the opportunity to build on our clients’ pre-purchased land.”
And while each project offers its own unique challenges and rewards, Davis insists that trust is the common thread that keeps his company growing – even in the current economy.
“First and foremost, we are founded on integrity,” he says. “Our customers truly are our partners in the process. We do business in a very straightforward manner. We focus on customer communication and hands-on design meetings to ensure that we’re providing the very best value we can without compromising quality.”
