Brentwood Home Page news reports Christmas decorations at three different homes were damaged, and two businesses had attempted burglary in the latest Brentwood Police Department crime report.
There were also two vehicles that had windows broken but nothing taken in the weekly report, released Wednesday night by Capt. Tommy Walsh.
Multiple outdoor Christmas decorations were smashed with a blunt object at a Steeplechase Drive address around 9 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16.
A Fox Run Drive residence had multiple outdoor Christmas decorations also damaged between 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17. Six male juvenile suspects were identified in that incident, but the victim decided not to prosecute.
Multiple outdoor Christmas decorations were also damaged at a Maryland Lane address sometime between 10:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 19, and 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.
In another case classified as vandalism, the front passenger window was broken on a vehicle parked at 8005 Moores Lane, the address of Outback Steakhouse, sometime during 11:15 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. There was no entry into the vehicle.
An attempted theft from a motor vehicle occurred at 100 Eastpark Drive, the address of O’Charley’s, when a rear driver’s side window was broken during 6:45-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18. The vehicle was entered, but nothing was missing.
In the attempted business burglaries, forced entry was gained through a rear door at the Nashville Center of Aesthetic Dentistry, 105 Powell Court, during 9:30 a.m.-2:10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17. Three office suites were entered, but nothing was taken.
The Farm Bureau Insurance office at 115 Penn Warren Drive had forced entry attempted at the rear door, but entry wasn’t gained. The burglary attempt took place sometime between 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, and 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18.
