Brentwood Home Page news reports Brass lanterns were taken from a home construction site and keys were stolen from a vehicle, but Brentwood Police made arrests in most of the thefts listed in this week’s Crime Report.
The two lanterns were removed from a Home Broke Builders residential construction site sometime during Aug. 27-31. An employee was arrested in another general theft case for stealing a phone charger from an Isabella Lane address at 2:14 p.m. Thursday, Sept 1.
BPD detectives also arrested a suspect for several incidents that took place late Sunday and early Monday morning (click here to read about arrest).
An LCD television taken from the rear deck of a residence of Fawn Creek Road was recovered when the suspect was arrested about 3 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5.
The suspect was also charged with residential burglary for numerous credit, debit and gift cards taken from a Fawn Creek Court home. Entry was made through an unlocked rear window during 11 p.m.-3 a.m. Sept. 4-5.
Another charge was made for a bag containing a purse that was taken from Lost Hollow Court overnight on Sept. 4. There was no forced entry.
Children’s purses recovered from the suspect were also reported taken from a Fawn Creek Court address around 11 p.m.-3 a.m. Sept. 4-5.
There were no suspects and no forced entry in another case when a key chain with keys was swiped from a vehicle parked on Oakhall Drive around 3 a.m.-4 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5.
