Growing commercial real estate firm transitions from Grassmere location in new year
Brentwood Home Page news reports Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate Services, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, is starting the New Year in a new office. Due to the expansion of the firm, Cornerstone will be moving from its Grassmere location to an office in Maryland Farms.
Cornerstone is continually growing with new hires, new brokers and with the consolidation of Q10 Vista Mortgage the firm needed larger space to accommodate the growth. The firm’s new address is 5106 Maryland Farms, Suite 200, Brentwood, TN 37207
“We now have expansion capability, and the layout facilitates our collaborative brokerage model,” says Warren Smith, chief executive officer of Cornerstone. “We will miss the Grassmere location, excellent building and the park setting, but our team’s success with the landlord, Talcott, has eliminated alternative expansion space for our growing firm.”
Cornerstone’s new office is owned by Health Care REIT, Inc. (Nashville). Cornerstone was recently awarded the exclusive leasing for oneC1TY, a planned 1.2 million-square-foot urban health-care development, which Ohio-based Health Care REIT, Inc is a partner in. The oneC1TY project is a multi-building, mixed used development off Charlotte Ave. near 28th Ave. in Nashville, catering to the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors of the global economy.
“We are strengthening our relationship with Health Care REIT Inc (Nashville), by cohabitating with them,” says Brittany Lorenzi, the company’s chief financial officer adds.
