Updated Saturday, a.m. Brentwood Home Page news reports The Exotics hit the main stage tonight at 7 p.m. with a full horn section and promising lots of dancing. At 11 a.m. the the Bluegrass Competition wraps up on the bluegrass stage. The fair ends its week-long run today, so if you haven't been out yet, this is your last opportunities before everything is packed up and sent on to the next fairgrounds. You'll find free musical entertainment, plenty of rides, livestock shows and agricultural demonstrations and more. Best of all, the arena is air conditioned.

This year’s Midway features old favorite rides and this year’s new attraction, the Enterprise. The 20-two passenger twirling vehicles spin upwards and then swing out free as the riders rises to an 85-degree angle while twirling upside down.

Cirque Equinox is a combination of European circus traditions and the theatrical expertise of modern day theater featuring aerial feats, acrobatic performance and other dynamic feats.
Gamers of all skill levels will want to check out Game Hype, featuring the newest games on Playstation 3, Wii and XBOX 360 on flat panel, high definition televisions.
The General Tommy Franks Traveling Museum will be on site through Saturday, Aug. 14. The exhibit includes selected items like Bedouin jewelry, knives and swords from Yemen, rugs from Afghanistan and military uniforms from the Gen. Tommy Franks Museum located in Hobart, Okla.
The former Commander in Chief of U.S Central Command from July 2000 to July 2003 and leader of American and Coalition forces in Afghanistan and Iraq during the launching of the War on Terrorism, the traveling museum allows a glimpse of items from Gen. Franks’ personal collection and highlights the General’s leadership, patriotism and service during his distinguished military service.
