City Commission makes quick work of agenda
Brentwood Home Page news reports
The Brentwood Police Department will head to Memphis to buy its next vehicle. On Monday, the Brentwood City Commission approved the purchase of a 2012 Dodge Charger to replace a 2006 one used as an unmarked patrol car.

The city sent out bids, with the lowest coming from Sam Swope Auto Group in Memphis. The purchase price will be $27,398.01. An older unmarked Chevy Impala will be designated as surplus when the new vehicle is put into service.

The only other item on Monday night agenda was approval of the city’s continued membership in the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) of Middle Tennessee.

Complete details on the actions can be found in the agenda, posted on the city’s website. The meeting video is also posted. View it by clicking here.
