The three major chambers of commerce in Williamson County will hold a One Williamson One Chamber Kickoff Event on Sept. 16.

An announcement of the names of the unified chamber’s transitional board will be made. The event also provides an opportunity for chamber members to get to know each other. All members of the existing chambers are invited.

The transitional board will be charting the future of the new unified Chamber – everything from creating a name and logo to working on such issues as staffing and office space. A question and answer session about the transitional board’s workings will be held at the Kickoff Event for chamber members and members of the media.

The Kickoff Event, sponsored by Costco and the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, will run from 7:30-9 a.m. at the offices of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, 1646 Westgate Circle, Suite 104 – next to Sportsman’s Grille in Cool Springs. Event parking will be at Durego and Monkey Joe’s.

A light breakfast will be served and networking opportunities will be plentiful.
