Republican candidate will sign books Monday Brentwood Home Page news reports GOP Presidential hopeful Herman Cain’s new book, This is Herman Cain, My Journey to the White House, was published on Tuesday. When he arrives in Brentwood on Monday, he will have already been at book signings and appearances in Florida, Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington, D.C.
Cain will sign copies of his book at the Cool Springs Bares & Noble store at 1701 Mallory Lane from noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 10.
“It is a signing only and we will have the line ready to begin an hour before the event,” Community Relations manager Robbie Bryan said. “At this time we don't anticipate cutting off the line, but that may change depending on the turnout and how quickly he can sign.
“There will be no posed photography. People can take snapshots from the line,” Bryan noted.
Published by an imprint of Simon & Schuster, the 240-page hardcover book retails for $28.99.
Before joining the presidential race, Cain was best known as CEO of Godfather’s Pizza and host of a popular conservative Atlanta-area radio talk show.
