“We provide a service, not stuff,” Pat says. “When we say service we mean service – after the installation of your display, if you have a problem you call us and we have it fixed within 24 hours, guaranteed.  We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction – so much so that we do not  have our customers sign contracts. We figure if they like the service we provide they will call us next year – and they do.”

But one year’s design doesn’t have to be next year’s, Pat stresses. “Our customers can change their display year upon year; they’re not stuck with the ‘same old same old’ because they had to buy the stuff,” she says.
