Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc. has announced the promotion of Mike Weigel to director of Northwest Region and Teri Bohnsack, CPCU, to claims manager of itsMissoula, Mont. office, according to Jeff Pettus, BSA’s chief operating officer. Brentwood Services Inc. is a specialty insurance brokerage firm.

"Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. has experienced business growth within our Montana office this past year making it necessary for us to expand roles within that office to better serve our clients and in preparation for continued growth in 2012," explained Rick Whitten, vice president—client services.

Weigel now has the responsibility of growing the Brentwood Services' business in the Northwest Region. In addition to sales, his duties also include contract negotiations with clients, new business pricing and client services. In this role, Weigel works in tandem with BSA's claims manager to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction. Weigel joined BSA in August 2009 as director of operations.

In her new role, Bohnsack is responsible for managing the claims team in the Missoula office. Her duties include working with clients to ensure satisfaction, visiting potential new clients, performing file reviews, monitoring workflow and evaluating staff performances. She began her career with BSA in 2009 as a senior claim representative. Her claims handling and organizational skills quickly led her to being promoted to claims supervisor.
