Offering local and national craft beers and microbrews and a great wine selection, Brixx gives you a fresh alternative to “pizza and beer.” 23 beers are on tap, including root beer and a generous selection of high gravity beer sold by the bottle.
Happy hour specials are offered everyday and two for one pizza’s after 10:00 p.m. Just in time for Monday night football gatherings, Brixx offers 2 for 1 craft drafts. Open late nights until one a.m. Monday through Saturday and Sunday’s 11 a.m. till 11 p.m.
The first Brixx Wood Fired Pizza opened in 1998 in the historic Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Cool Springs location opened August 31st as the concept’s twenty-first restaurant and is independently owned and operated.
Owners Marc Hanmer and Al Bridges oversee all operations and are a constant presence in the restaurant. A dream fulfilled, Marc and Al have over forty combined years of experience in the restaurant industry.
“Our location is ideal for escaping the congestions of Cool Springs. With a patio set way up high on a hill, guests can enjoy the great views of Cool Springs, especially at Sunset. We want everyone to come in and check us out. We are not your ordinary pizza place and once you try the food, you are hooked", remarked co-owner Jennifer Hanmer.

Serving a wide range of patrons that include singles, families and football fanatics, guests can watch TV on five LCD televisions and children enjoy chalkboards scattered through the restaurant, while mom and dad relax.
