Brentwood Glen is one of those rare communities that somehow manages to maintain its private, parkland appeal while offering unbeatable access to both Brentwood and Cool Springs destinations.

“It’s funny because we’re right here at Concord Road and Wilson Pike, but a lot of people don’t even realize we’re here,” says Harlan Hallett, who has lived in Brentwood Glen for six years and is president of the homeowner’s association. “It’s a great location. You can get to I-65 in just a couple of minutes, or you can head over to Cool Springs; everything is very convenient.”

neighborhood’s small size as a big plus.

“We’re a small community, which makes it easy to get to know your neighbors,” he says. “We have a nice mix of young families and empty-nesters, and people are very friendly.”

Because of its small size, Brentwood Glen offers no major amenities, such as a swimming pool or clubhouse. However, residents may pay a fee to use the pool in the neighboring Concord Hunt subdivision. The neighborhood also offers plenty of green space, mature trees and a paved walking path that ties into the City of Brentwood’s trail system.

“The trail is a really nice feature,” Hallett says. “It connects with Concord Hunt, as well as the city trail, so you can walk over to the library or the YMCA – all the way over to Ravenwood High School if you are feeling ambitious.”

Built from the late 1990s, the quiet neighborhood includes fewer than 50 homes. Currently, just one listing is available on realtracs.com, priced at $599,000.

“Houses don’t come on the market very often, and when they do, they tend to go pretty fast,” says Maik Lowe, Realtor and co-owner of Cobalt Premier Properties, LLC. “It’s really one of those little hidden gems, with a fantastic location and some of the best deals in town.”
