Global consulting firm, North Highland, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Anna Boon as a senior consultant to the company’s Maryland Farms office. In her role, Boon will expand the firm’s project management and organizational strategy offerings.

Boon brings more than five years of business and technology experience to North Highland, working with clients from a variety of industries. Her specialties include organizational development, change management, strategic planning and execution, process design and project management.

“We are excited to have Anna join the North Highland Nashville team,” said Nancy Schultz, vice president and local office leader. “Anna’s experience and professionalism will help her provide the high quality of service our clients expect, along with the innovation and results for which North Highland is known.”

Prior to joining North Highland, Boon was a business consultant and strategic planning coordinator. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and business from Saint Mary’s University and a master of business administration from Lipscomb University.

 Opened in 1999, the North Highland Nashville office currently has more than 40 consultants and serves clients in the manufacturing, distribution, health care, entertainment, hospitality and financial services industries.
