The Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce is holding a Tech Strategies seminar at 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, on how to “Leverage Technology to Recruit for Your Business.”

Matt Lowney has 10 years of recruiting leadership experience and is currently the director of recruiting for HealthSpring where he leads a team supporting 3,500 employees. Previously he was a recruiting manager with DaVita for six years. When he's not recruiting, Matt hosts Career Talk, a leading source of career advice, on Newschannel5+.

Nancy Reece is an integrity fanatic, passionate about helping people know the right thing to do, and then DOING the right thing. As Senior Consultant with the Human Capital Group, Nancy specializes in values-based search and leadership consulting that produces cultures of accountability, courage and trust. She teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior classes as adjunct faculty at Lipscomb University's Graduate Business School. Nancy is also the Integrity First columnist for the Nashville Business Journal.

Paul Sanderson is the co-founder of YourElevatorPitch.net, a company that creates 60 second video pitches to provide much more effective messaging content than standard email, with the added benefit of helping people and companies define their value proposition in less than a minute. With 12 years of executive recruiting experience, Paul is also the owner and sole proprietor of the retained firm, Sanderson McLeod. A jack of many trades, Paul moved to Nashville to pursue his music career after receiving his master’s degree in music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, Case Western. He is still active in the music community writing, performing and promoting his songs.
