Brentwood Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is currently investigating a report of a large amount of jewelry being removed Sunday from an Annandale home.

According to police spokesman Capt. Tommy Walsh, the victims’ reported that sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. a large amount of jewelry was removed from their home while they were out for a walk. There was no forced entry and nothing unusual was reported in the area during the time frame. The incident occurred at 359 Jones Parkway.

“This is a good opportunity to remind residents to lock their doors at all times – even when they are at home,” Walsh said. “We would ask that anyone who may have seen a suspicious person or vehicle in the area on Sunday or those who may have information concerning this crime to call us at (615) 371-0160.”
