Families flock to field for 'do-it-yourself' egg hunts

It was a very Good Friday indeed in Brentwood as Thursday's storms gave way to a magnificent day of sunshine and cool breezes. Throughout the day families visited the back field between the Brentwood Library and the Civitan parking lot off Concord Road to search for the thousands of plastic eggs left quickly behind when the clouds opened up on Thursday, cancelling the annual hunt.
