Seven more student-athletes at Ravenwood High School have signed letters of intent to continue their sports career at the college level next year.

Raptors senior Payne Shanafelt will play both football and baseball at West Liberty University.

Defensive back Ryan Bednar signed to play football for Washington University, teammate Jonathan Woodard will compete for Central Arkansas, and fellow Raptor football player Andrew Leonard is headed to NAIA college Cumberland University.

Jaime Cooper, a member of the Class AAA state championship team, signed to play Division I volleyball at Tennessee State.

Two RHS lacrosse players will continue their careers collegiately, Drew Hawken at Nazareth College and Jarrett Miller at Marymount University.
