Brentwood Home Page news reports Four Ravenwood baseball standouts, three Raptors soccer players and three other RHS athletes last week signed letters of intent to play their sport in college.
Left-handed first baseman Richard Carter is headed to the University of Tennessee, while outfielder Andrew Cash will play at Middle Tennessee State. Geordie Carlson, a lefthanded pitcher and outfielder, inked with Lipscomb, and switch-hitting catcher Ian Kukowski will compete for Penn in the Ivy League.
Wil Linder signed to play soccer with the University of Memphis, while Sean Fitzpatrick is headed to Eckerd University and Andrew Mason to the Stevens Institute of Technology.
Guard Evan Forhetz will continue his basketball career at Lee University.
Paul Kleine-Kracht will join the golf team at Lipscomb University.
The only girl signee out of the group of 10, Caroline Morelli will play tennis for Milligan College. “Caroline started playing tennis only two years ago," her tennis pro Andy Veal said. "This is what hard work and devotion to your sport can get you.”
